Hi CFXUsers:

In CFXPost,I create a polyline object on no-slip wall and export the velocity on the object.I think the results should be zero because it is on no-slip wall in stationary frame, but it isn't.Could you give me a hint? Thanks in advance.

The velocities you are getting are the conservative velocities which map the adjacent internal near wall flow velocity to the wall node. I've done other calculations with the velocities at the wall nodes and that's what I get. When you plot a contour of velocity in a plane or a boundary, Post uses a "hybrid" option which zeroes out all the velocities at the walls for better visualization.
