Question about evaporation

Hi, every one

I am using CFX5.7 to modeling water evaporation, then the following Notice comes

| The property is only present in some of the components of the mixture mixturein |

What is matter? does it mean error or else?

the mixturein is composed of water vapour and the user define material with constant heatcapacity.
