Does anyone use Gridgen to generate meshes for later export to CFX5 ? If so can please share your experience with me in terms of compatibility and what to watch for ? Thanks

You should have a look at ICEM or CFX-mesh. Drop me an email and I'll answer your questions!

Hi Akin,

A while back I did a trial of Gridgen, ICEM and a number of other meshing packages. This is in the days where the pre-processor included in CFX was CFX-Build. I remember Gridgen being quite a powerful mesher, and able to generate good quality meshes on the complicated geometries I was using. I remember no compatibility issues.
