the solution was terminated by this notice: A wall has been placed at portion(s) of an OUTLET boundary condition (at 51 % of the faces, 16 % of the area) to prevent fluid from flowing into the domain.

Anybody know what the problem was? I have checked the pre-processing and make sure that everything is fine.

thanks.

Hi,

If you search "A wall has been placed" in the CFX documentation, you'll find the answer.

If you search the same sentence in the cfd-online CFX forum (top of the page: Search. Search for: "A wall has been placed"; Search: CFX-Forum) you'll also find the answer: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forum/cfx_....cgi?read=7181

Regards,

Rui

The error what u r getting is common when there is a sudden contraction of the outlet plz check ur time step and adjust it according to ur advection time and check the ram and the grid size if ur using low ram and high mesh size it will come out
