FROZEN ROTOR INTERFACES

HI.I have just availed license for frozen rotor from CFX. I am trying to simulate a model of fan with axial inlet and radial discharge. I am having problems regarding creating the FROZEN ROTOR interfaces. Can anyone guide me where the interfaces will be required.Currently the solver is givin me the following error:
Finite pitch angle gap could not be found -> Stopped in routine THETA_CONT_FIN Please provide details about creating interfaces. |

I have referred to the tutorial but I am getting the following error message from the solver
