Hi,

When you define your problem in CFX-Pre, go to Output Control, select the Transient Results tab and create transient results. You may create, for example, Transient Results 1 with the option Full (with all variables)with a Time Interval of 0.5 s; Transient Results 2 with the option Minimal and selecting the most important variables, with a Time Interval of 0.1 s; Transient Results 3 with the option Minimal and selecting only Pressure with a Time Interval of 0.01 s.If there are some particular instants when you want to have results, you may create Transient Results 4 with the option Time List instead of Time Interval.

You may also, in Output Control, selecting the Monitor Points tab, create Monitor Points. In CFX-Solver you will be able to plot and to export the evolution of these Monitor Points, and they are available at all time steps.

Hope this helps. Regards,

Rui

Yes. Use the chart option to plot out the pressure vs time in Post. You can only see the result for a particular time step in post if you have asked CFX to record the info at that time step in Pre. You can also output the pressure at each time step in post and view it in Excel ...so many different way to do it.
