filling a close surface

Default filling a close surface

i am working with ansys workbench 9.0 trying to model a propeller. I have the iges file from Rhino, but it is not filled with material inside, so the mesh maker can not read anything. Does anyone know hao to make it filled. Thanx

Try the "Fill" or "Enclosure" operation.
