Gas-solid flow in CFX

I want to simulate the gas-solid flow in a cyclone, and I have to consider the agglomeration of solid particles. I want to know if I can realize my object by using CFX. My another question is that what is the CFX support e-mail? Thanks in advance.

About CFX support, you can find the various world wide CFX offices contacts, on the documentation. CFX-5.7.1 documentation: Installing & Introduction to CFX-5, Contact Information.
