Export Results

Hi!

I would like to give our CFD- results to a customer or an competitor for comparing with other solutions. my problem is that i want to prevent that he can get our mesh for further calculations. How can i export (format, filetype, precedure in CFX-5.7) the results for comparing without giving the whole meshdata? I hope anyone can help me! Thanks in advance..

Re: Export Results

How about the *.out file, it should contain the physics and all the relevant results.

Re: Export Results

Interpolating the results into a different (bad) mesh.

"Interpolation allows you to transfer a solution from a results file produced using one mesh, onto a second file containing another mesh." see pg.34 in CFX-Solver Manager documentation.

Hi, I just saw a <a href=http://www.cfd-online.com/Forum/cfx.cgi?read=11686">thread</a> , and it give me an idea, why don't you just export your result into another form (like cgns) , it still can show result, butI guess it will drop the data which you are afraid to be open.
