Default Convergence problem!

Hi,all, I am using CFX5.7.1. Recently I have met convergence problem. I believe it is a mesh problem not physical model because I tried different physical models and I still couldn't achieve a good convergence(MAX 10^-4). How to improve the mesh quality and what is the criteria to determine the quality of mesh? By the way, i am studying a rotating impeller in a baffled tank and MFR is used.

Thanks in advance!
