I am trying to use the surface meshing mapped based method using the quad dominate scheme. I have a couple surfaces that are not able to block. I don't see why they cannot. Does any one know why this happens? I have tried changing the element size and everytime I choose that surface to mesh it tells me unable to block surface. Any help will be appreciated.

Probably best to contact your technical support provider - and provide the model to them.
