batch mode in CFX

Hi to all, I am workong on a silencer using cfx 10.I have to simulate four silencers, and all with some modifications.can any body tell me that how batch mode can be aplied t ocfx 10.i.e. i will apply different boundary conditions to one pre file (session file) and then run two or more solvers together.I think that i will have to make different def files and run toghether them, but how to run them is problem.i.e. i require some procedure or path.

Can any body help

Thanks in advance.

Re: batch mode in CFX

Why do you want to run more than one solvers together? If you just want to apply different boundary conditions to one pre file. You can edit each case in the pre then output respective def file, or you can edit the ccl file. The cases can be run sequently, if I did not misunderstand your question. Anyway, if you want to run the solver in batch mode, please refer to the manual: ANSYS CFX-Solver Manager, Release 10.0 | Starting CFX-Solver from the Command Line.

Yes, in the command line I can run CFX in the batch.

But in Pre option - start solver in batch gives me a response: ======= An error has occurred in CFX5solve

writemms exited with non-zero return code 1 =======
