Re: How to model fluidized-bed

Hi! I want to model a gas-solid type fluidized bed,I build a grid with 3 vertical domains, the lower domain will model with porous ,the mid-domain will fill with big solid particles (0.05m mean dia.),the upper domain fill nothing except air, the high temperature gas is injected into the lower domain, the gas go through the porous domain ,solid particles domain ,and upper domain , the outlet is set at the top of the upper domain. Thanks again.
