Default Solver error with return code 137 (CFX10 in Linux)

Hello. I run CFX 10 in SGI Linux system recently but I get an error with return code 137 a few times during the simulation. Solver stops and no results have been generated. I have to restart the whole simulation again. Jobs will run correctly when I restart it again. So the definition file is correct.

This doesn't happen when I run CFX 10 in SGI unix system. Does anyone know what return code 137 mean in this case?

Thanks for your help.
