ICEM CFD 10. Red regions

Hi! I'm confused with this: After I convert mesh to unstruct mesh, I notice, that all surfaces, that conform my body are red (red mesh on them; i've never seen it before). When I try to run simulation in CFX 10 this error appears : A negative element volume has been detected... What's wrong? When I check mesh on errors about 40 elements with wrong orientation appears. How can I handle with this?

You can solve this problem by using "Fix Inverted Blocks" command in "Block Checks" option under Blocking tab.
