Default How can I initialize specific domain?

hi,could any one help me!The details is as follows:

This is a cht question about two working states(heat and cool). NOw I'd like to initialize(renew) the heating *.res data in the solid domain with the data in the cooling *.res. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
