Default suction/porous modeling/HLFC

hi, i'm trying to simulate suction through the top surface of a wing, as would be apparent in HLFC, to remove a boundary layer from a high speed flow. (250m/s^-1)

i obviously can not mesh 1 billion holes but i would like to see if its possible to simulate it, perhaps using a porous model. i know the speed of the flow i need through the surface from previous tests, and the mass flow etc, but wuld be interested to see if anyone has tryed somthing simmilar before, and could give me any tips. i'm using ANSYS CFX 10,

i only really want to obtain a difference in the lift and drag forces due to the application of suction, and it does not matter too much what happens to the flow which has passed through the membrane(wing). i.e. it can be lost

any help would be massivly apreciated, cheers jack
