Default concentration of fluid

Dear all,

I would like to do a simple cfd analysis of mixing of sugar in a container having water. How can i approach this problem. Finally how can i know the difference in concentrations. How can i check whether it has become saturated liquid. If any 1 have idea abt this. pls reply back. Thanks & regards.
