Default ERROR #004100018-------why this come out???

ERROR #004100018 has occurred in subroutine FINMES. | | Message: | | Fatal overflow in linear solver.

when i solve some problem this error coming out? could anyone help me why this happen and which course can make it happen???

FINMES is an abbreviation of FINal MESsage.

It is possible that your calculation diverges. Then your time step is too large. More likely is that your BC's or model settings are wrong or unphysical. Please check these very carefully.........

Your simulation has diverged. Need it improve the numerical stability. Check the set up is correct, then use smaller timesteps, or a better intial condition. If you are desparate you can go to upwinding but accuracy will suffer.
