How to model PCM based heat storage in fluent/cfx

Firends, Please tell me how to model a phase change problem using PCM in Fluent or CFX.is ther any UDF present in the software or anybody has tried ever before. please forward regarding.

you can model pcm in fluent without udf:
firstly, you must active solidification and melting model in define panel and then input data in material panel. determine solidus and liquidius temperature. use piecewise polynomial method for defining (solid/liquid)density,heat capacity,etc.
