I am looking for algorithm to implement moving mesh in 3 dimensions for internal incompressible flow moving boundary problem. CFX uses a approach for its moving grid option but i couldnt find it.

Specifically, the problem is as follows - The location of all boundary points is known apriori as function of time (user-defined). Before i could go to next timestep, the algorithm should alter/relocate all 'interior' mesh points accordingly. Local refinement of mesh is also not required between timesteps.

CFX can handle this. Moving meshes are well documented in the manual. Search for "mesh deformation" and do the FSI tutorial ...
