Create 2D hexa block from points

I want to create 2D hexa block from 4 geometric points. I can use for same purposes: Create Block -> 2D Surface Blocking, but this comand create blocks automaticaly (usually it operate very bad). I want to do it manually. I can do it for 3D, but for 2D i get error "Current blocking is 3D"

Re: Create 2D hexa block from points

Try

Initialize Blocks > 2D Planar instead of 2D Surface Blocking.

You could also use Create Blocks > From Vertices. Once in selection hit middle-mouse to select the 4 geometry points (in a Z - fashion) rather than existing block vertices.
