As discussed before, the Xeon 5100 series CPUs (Conroe or Woodcrest) have much better performance on parallel CFX.

Currently, Dell small bussiness has 20%-30% off coupon on Dell Precision. Dell Premier also has very decent promotion with 35% off. Hurry, the promotion ends today or tomorrow.

Just bought two Precison 490 with 3GHz 5160 Xeon (4MB L2 Cache, 1333FSB), 8 GB FBD RAM. I will report the speed later.

Please run the CFX 10 benchmark with one and two partitions and report the times!

TIA
