Hi. I use cfx 5.7.1. I make a transient simulation. I have a domain and a subdomain. I want to set the value of the temperature on the subdomain. this value of temperature will be a function of time: T1(t).
for a steady case, I can do it by adding source term in energy equation of the subdomain. This source term is something like: Scoeff = -1000000 [W m^-3 K^-1] Sterm = Scoeff * (T - T1) where T1 is the temperature to which I want to set the subdomain. Is it still correct in transient mode if I replace T1 by T1(t)?? If it isn't correct, how can I do this?? Best regards, Nicolas |
