Default Restarting / Resuming a CFX/ANSYS MFX Run

Is it possible to restart a FSI analysis using ANSYS MFX from the point at which it ended?

I am trying to run this model over 5 seconds, through 500 time-steps. Each time step takes a very long time so can someone explain how to restart it from the last time-step please?

Thanks.
