Definition of Total Pressure in rel. Frame of Ref.

Hello,

can anybody tell me, why the total pressure in CFX 10 is defined as Pt = Pstat + ρ/2 * (Ur * Ur â€" ω x R * ω x R)? Here, Ur is already the velocity in relative frame of reference. This definition can even lead to solutions where total pressure is even lower than the static one! Thanks! Thorsten
