interfacial mass transfer -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Stephan Guest Posts: n/a	hi folks, does anybody have an idea how I can convince a material called Water1 to turn into Water2 if the Volumefraction of Water1 becomes grater than a certain value? I tried using Eulerian-Eulerian approach using interfacial mass transfer, but I can not think of a usefull expression for it. Thank you for taking time. Stephan
