FINMES Error - Fatal Overflow in linear solver

Hi,

I am trying to simulate Non-premixed Turbulent combustion

of Methane-Air Mixture using Finite Rate Chemistry model.

When I initialize the domain with low temperatures, the

solver runs to a converged solution but the reaction does

not ignite. When I initialize the domain to a higher

temperature (900 K) as suggested in the manual, I get the

following error "FINMES Error - Fatal Overflow in linear

solver". The same .def file works absoultely fine when EDM

model is used and gives good results. But when I use Finite

Rate Chemistry model, this error occurs.Even attempting to

start the run from a converged EDM solution does not help

All my mesh statistics like Edge length ratio,

connectivity, Min.Face angle etc are well below the

suggested values in the manual. No. of hexahedral elements

are about 25000. Can anybody throw light on where I could

be making a mistake?

Thanks

Jacob
