Beginners problem

Default Beginners problem

Halo, Im beginner in CFX When i try the tutorials that use the general mode in the beginning and import the mesh i get an error message saying that the specified mesh can not be read. does anyone know why?

Are you trying to open the mesh file from the correect directory location?

ya, im opening it from the examples folder, infact when I get to open it with the Quick Setup Mode it works fine, but when I open it with the General Mode it fails to read the mesh.

Did you choose the right mesh format in the pop-down menu e.g "CFX Mesh(gtm)" for a .gtm-file, "ICEM CFD" for a .msh-file or whatever fileformat you use?

Ya, the right .gmt format, it works with a quick setup mode, but not with a General mode.
