Mismatch nodes on periodic face>tolerance

above is my problem after generating surface mesh.are there any problem if i still continue with the analysis if i have the above problem?will it be any problem occuring the solver later? thank you...

You won't be able to use a 1:1 match for the periodic interface in CFX - you will need to use GGI.
