CFX Post - macros ?

Hey everbody, do anyone of you know if there is a opossibility of writing macros for CFX-Post and importing them? I know that one can record the actions in a session-file. However I was thinking that writing a macro would be much more efficient since changes could be made much more easy.

You can write them externally.

Alright - and do you a good refernce from where I can learn how to do it. And how do I read them in Post - just by importing or do I need to write a session file and play it?
