Anyone know what error message 255 means?

Dear Jon,

There is no error message numbered 255 in the ANSYS CFX solver.. Are you talking about a segmentation violation? It is usually numbered 255 on Windows platforms.

You should contact the CFX help desk for something like this.

i am doing an FSI job and the solver is in the process of calculation the mesh deformation when I get;

'The CFX-5 solver could not be started, or exited with return code 255: . No results file has been created. '
