CFX Pre don't Start

I don't know after what manipulation this append. Yesterday everythink works well, then I had a failure and know impossible to start CFX-PRE again. I receive and acces_violation error. It seems that this append during CFXpre try to start GUI.

If somebody know what to try ? I've made a restauration of my system like 2 days ago, and it's still the same ...

I was going to recommend deleting the .cfx directory, but if you restored your system, you may need to reinstall.
