setting CEL dependent on change of volumeInt()

Hello everybody,

I need to apply the boundary condition, which depends on how fast is changing volumeInt(additional variable).

How is it possible to reach the value of volumeInt(additional variable)@domain in previous iteration or calculate the difference of the value of its increase in each iteration during the run?

with the best regards, Daiga

In user fortran you can store the value under user data. I don't know whether that's possible under CEL.

Do you speak about USER_GETVAR or something else in user Fortran? Is it possible with USER_GETVAR to get derivative of volumeInt(additional variable)@domain or only derivatives of physcical variables are accessible?

Dear Daiga,

You can access the same integrated quantities via USER_GET_GVAR..

It is explained in the documentation..

Then, you can store the value as explained by Bart.
