Real Gas Compressor - needs help

While defining a simulation for the case,I have defined a rotating domain which contains the impeller and a Volute as a stationary domain with a Frozen rotor interface in between. In the rotating domain I have defined Impeller blades as a Wall with frame type Rotating and No slip Adiabatic Condition. Whether this will do or I have to define a Free slip Wall? I am using a tet mesh, whether it is necessary to have prism layers around the Blades and Hub? The gap between rot Domain and Blades is just 3 mmm how can I improve the mesh? will it affect the solution accuracy and upto what extent?

I am novice to BladeGen and TurboGrid. I am rather asking you the question rather than answering yours.

I need help modeling rotor-stator interaction of centrifugal compressor. Please find my question in the forum posted May 03, 2007 for BladeGen and TurboGrid.

Thank you, Dip
