Hi,
I'm trying to model a transparent wall, but the option in the boundary condition for a wall only gives me one choice, which is opaque. The wall in my case represents a plastic/glass wall. Can anyone please tell me where to find the option for transparency of the wall? Thanks a lot, Leo |

Dear Leo,
ANSYS CFX only have opaque walls. What are you trying to model ? Incoming solar radiation? You can do that by adding a isotopic/directional radiation source. What you do not get is the radiation leaving the domain through the glass, which "hopefully" should be small compared to the incoming energy.. Hope this helps, Opaque. |
