propeller/turbomachine with icem

Hi, I'm trying to mesh a high skew marine propeller witch icem cfd. I tried a couple of time but I can't really avoid mesh skewness (impossible to do calculations). Does anyone has example like a turbomachine to at least have an idea for a good starting point? I did some tutorials but at this stage they aren't really helpfull to me... Thank you
