Default Error while partitioning

Anyone got any ideas what this means? I'm trying to partition something when it happens. Details of error:- ---------------- Error detected by routine PEEKCS CDANAM = /FLOW/PHYSICS/ZIF0 /PHYTYPE CRESLT = NONE

+--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | | Message: | | Stopped in routine MEMERR | | | | | | | | | | | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+

+--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | The CFX-5 partitioner exited with return code 1. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+

The MEMERR part made me think it might be memory related i.e. running out, but I tried an allocation factor of 3, which made no difference and monitoring the memory usage suggests I'm nowhere near running out. The grid is about 9 million nodes. The peak memory usage is 199MB - it has access to 16GB!

Dear KBanks,

Unfortunately, the message is confusing because the ANSYS CFX memory system failed while looking for the physical type of a domain interface (ZIF0). It seems the physics setup is not complete, or a bug in the code.

Check your setup carefully.. Otherwise, you must contact your ANSYS CFX help representative.

Opaque.
