recirc tank, inlet outlet conditions

If I have a simple tank which I take water out via a pump and then pump it back into the tank again, a simple recric system, is there a way I can tie the outlet BC to the Inlet BC.

Eg If I take out 6000l/hr through the outlet, how can I specify the inlet to be a function of the outlet velocity / mass flow rate etc?

On the run you can calculate the massflow through the outlet: massFlow@Outlet.

This can be used to specify the massflow through the inlet.
