How to remove yellow curves

Hi to every one in ICEM cfd I have some yellow curves in my geometry can any one suggest me how to remove these curves?

Add a surface. Or just ignore them as I often do.

Dear Dr. Flow, sir When I ignore the yellow curve geomatry it shows hole. how can I remove this problem?

Dr.Flow Can I remove holes before meshing.Tools are there but it is not working properly,sugest me some way to deal with this problem.
