Modeling Laval nozzle, subsonic flow to supersonic

Hello! I try simulate Laval nozzle... I use Air at 25C(Isotermal)... pressure difference - 1 amt... and CFX return very big velosity, more than 1000 m/s! How fix this problem?

Some questions: 1) What's BC i should use? Supersonic or subsonic flow 2) What's thermal condition? (Isotermal, Thermal Energy, Total energy)

Total Energy and Ideal gas air. The density varies a lot.

There is a quite good tutorial for a laval nozzle with supersonic outlet........
