Reading ANSYS mesh into my own code

Hi

I have written my code in FORTRAN, and I am using ANSYS as the mesh generator. I can read the list of nodes and elements from their lists into my code, but how should I find the boundary elements (and edges)? Is there any command in ANSYS that gives you a list of boundary elements and faces / nodes?

Thanks

Hi,

Try exporting the mesh in a friendier format. A neutral file might be useful but have look at the other options.
