Yplus for Multiphase Simulation
Hi everyone! I'm simulating a multiphase flow with dispersed droplet in continuous vapor using k-epsilon turbulence model. In CFX Post, the y+ for vapor is 80+ while for droplets it's 1000+. Based on the documentation, y+ should be between 20 to 100 for k-epsilon model. I tried to refine the mesh but I had difficulty in convergence. Can I just use the results of first simulation (y+=80 and 1000)? Is the recommend range of y+ a strict rule to be followed even for multiphase cases?Thank you in advance guys.
