Workbench geometry in to ICEM

Hi there,

I installed ICEM on my linux and windows machines. I use workbench for my geometry creation. In windows, I see an option in File-> Import Geometry-> Workbench Reader , where I can import my workbench geometry. But in Linux, I can not see this option and hence I am stucked.

Can any one suggest if it is a installation problem or some way I can import my workbench geometry in to ICEM (linux).

Thank you very much.

Regards, KM.

Hello KM, go to the project tab in Workbench. By keeping your desired geometry selected in the list (only if you have more than one geometry), click on the link 'Proceed to Advanced Meshing' on the left side panel under DesignModeler Tasks. It will open the ICEM inside Workbench and the geometry under selection will load automatically.
