How can I change boundary condition type during a transient run in CFX? For example, for t smaller than a; I want to set pressure outlet, and for t greater than a; I want to set wall condition. Such control can be realized in CFX?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, itŽs possible. YouŽll make two simulations and change these parameters manually. After you do the first one, on the second, youŽll use de file.res as an initial condition on CFX-Solver.

Thanks. But, how about the post-processing. I mean, result file time step counter will continue from zero or follow the last one after the second run.

You must change the total time and the Start (or initial) time on the second part of your simulation! On the second simulation, cfx-v5.6 will record all the data from 0 [s] up to your total time.
