64bit machine for CFX
 
Hi there

Does any 64bit machine will work with CFX 64bit or it has to be one with Opteron processor.

Hi,

Yes, CFX supports 64 bit on Opteron or Intel with 64 bit extensions. OS can be Either Windows XP 64 bit or a few flavours of Linux.

There is a full list of supported platforms and OS on the ANSYS website.
