particle tracking

i have run the modified case and existing case of coal mill in CFX 10 but particle are leaving outside of 75 micron size from existing but with same parameters i am not getting in existing why is it so.

if the old definition file of CFX 10 is runned then the result should show me the same as it is previous, but it is not happening so. i am getting different results. why is it so.
