Is there a way to monitor evaporation of water?

I'm trying to simulate the evaporation of a small volume of water that's energized by mechanical vibration. I did set up the buoyancy and surface tension in the simulation.

However I'm not sure how to setup the energy input (vibration) and how to setup the solver to consider evaporation. I guess the surrounding humidity has to be an input.

Also, how do I monitor what happens in the results. (water droplet size?)

I realize this is probably going to be a transient analysis involving 2 phases of fluids. Could be challenging. Please HELP! Thanks.
