positive and negative torque forces

I have two rotors operating at opposite direction. I used the default functions in CFX to acquire both the tangential force and the torque force from the blades. I am a bit confused with the direction of the forces in these function.

From my understanding of science, I persume that the tangential force from the baldes equal to the torque force in these CFX functions. The results show the torque force for the first rotor is positive and the torque force for the second rotor (rotating at opposite direction) is negative.

What the direction of the torque force means? According to the right hand rule, is it one going up and another going down?

Is these abosulte values of the torque forces valid?

Thanks.
