simulation with 2 fluids: air and water

How to make a simulation, using ANSYS CFX-v11.0, with 2 fluids: air and water on hydraulics turbines?

Your question needs a huge answer.... First you have to choose both "air" and "water" in your domain/General Options/Basic Settings/Fluids List. Than you need to fix several settings depending on your problem, could you give us more details?
